Do you know Morioka Cold Noodle?
I call it "Morioka Reimen" in Japan.
This food is famous food of Morioka.
Originally it was the food that came from the Korean Peninsula.
Unlike its ancestor, Pyongyang’s rengmyon, Morioka’s reimen noodles are made with wheat flour and starch to produce and unmistakable, addictive chewiness. Served in a spicy cold soup with kimchee and other topping’s this is a great Iwate treat.Boiled eggs, kimchi, cucumbers, meat and fruits are included.Seasonal fruits such as apples, watermelons, and pears are included.The taste is a bit spicy, but it is refreshing.It is my favorite food.
If you come to Iwate Morioka, please eat it.
盛岡冷麺を知っていますか？この食べ物は盛岡で有名な食べ物です。元々は朝鮮半島から伝わった食べ物です。
元祖ピョンヤン冷麺と同じように、盛岡冷麺も小麦粉とデンプンから作られ、非常に腰が強い麺です。キムチが入った冷たくて辛いスープと他の具を入れて食べるのが岩手風です。ゆで卵とキムチと胡瓜と肉と果物が入っています。林檎や西瓜、梨など季節の果物が入れてあります。味は少しスパイシーですが、さっぱりしています。私の大好きな食べ物です。
