I really liked the chapter that I did a while back so I ended up posting it as a prologue. The thing is I am still undecided on how exactly the protag would feel about being in Aman in the first place. The piece I have up now assumes that MC (oh dear I need to name this guy, don't I) is intentionally making the journey to the west despite his misgivings. That's not what I had planned for him, but it ended up like that anyways... I think I'm going to go with the scenario of him intending to only go partway, but things happened and he's now there fully and he's gotta deal with it somehow.

finally getting around to do an outline of this thing.

part 1: natsume visiting the restaurant with touko and shigeru, because i just can't get enough of thinking up happy family moments for these three. i still think of that white crow episode from time to time T_T

part 2: haven't decided yet. natsume returns to investigate under the pretense of buying a box of souvenir sweets for his foster parents, when he actually noticed a youkai hanging about when they were eating. the only thing i'm still fretting over is what scenario the youkai is involved in. a cat youkai attached to sui seems a bit too obvious. i'm thinking of maybe a youkai with something to do with tokitaka since he's the traditional old-japan type...
